#colour. I use a very white porcelain to produce vibrant colorful ceramics. The glazes are traditional studio ceramic glazes but are given a vibrancy and brilliance, which is lacking on a stoneware. 

#largesaladbowls  -I have developed the skill of thrownglarge lumps of clay into large bowls which can be finished with a food safe clean hygienic glaze.  I have practiced this process over 10 years now and as with porcelain , it requires constant repetition.  My experience of the craft has lead me to feel that at times this material has more control over the process than I do.
